Using this website
This website is published by Mortal Health Pte. Ltd. (“Mortal Health”), 33 Ubi Avenue 3 #08-34 Vertex, Singapore 408868. By using it you agree to these terms.
The content describes the Mortal Health platform and the company. It is provided for information and does not form part of any contract for the platform itself; the terms for using the platform are agreed separately with each clinic.
You may browse the site and send us enquiries and applications. You may not copy, scrape or republish the site’s content, or use it in a way that could damage or overload it.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. The platform supports clinicians; clinical decisions remain with the treating doctor.
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
What we do with the details you send us
When you send an enquiry, book a demo or apply for a position, we collect the details you type in: your name, clinic, email address, phone number, your message and, for applications, your resume. We use them only to reply to you, arrange a demo, or consider your application.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and applications for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them earlier. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. The site loads the Open Sans font from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request from your browser.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Patient data handled by the Mortal Health platform is governed by the agreement with each clinic, not by this website policy.
How we look after data
This website is served over HTTPS. Details you submit through the forms are transmitted encrypted and stored on systems with access limited to the people who need to respond to you.
The Mortal Health platform encrypts patient data in transit and at rest, ties every action to a named staff account with role-based access, and keeps an audit trail of who saw and changed a record.
If you believe you have found a security issue on this site or in the platform, please tell us at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed while we fix it.
